Making some changes to the shop

Dear friends and Sanga,

When we first started to craft prayerwheels, we did not know what kind of prayerwheels we want to craft. But slowly it became apparent that our duo team is perfect for "Custom PrayerWheels" and that is when we realized that, when we combine both of our talents in to a prayerwheel, we can almost craft anything!

Well, wouldn't you want to offer anything if you could?

It seems that when giving your customers too many options of prayerwheels to choose from, they do not know what to choose…

Insights from an online Buddhist shop

We had a customer who owned and operated a very big online Buddhist shop and wanted to sell our prayerwheels on his online shop. We asked him what kind of prayerwheels he would like to sell on his shop and his answer was very straight forward: "I will give me customers 3 prayerwheels to choose from."

We answered: "but we can make you so many kinds to choose from!"

This was his answer: "When giving your customers too many choices, they will not know what to pick. People get confused when offered too many options. 3 to choose from is perfect."

Over the years we learned that this man was right.

So, to make things easier for you all, we will take some prayerwheels off the shop to make life easier for our customers! Still, you can see all these prayerwheels on our gallery, and if you choose to have one of them made, we can craft them for you, no problem!
