New Vajra Guru mantra nano film!

Since we were traveling so much and had no time to report on our travels of the magical overflow tour we went through, now i can share some of what happened as i have some computer time.

One of our main reasons to travel was to meet with the nano film company folks to discuss the new Vajra Guru mantra film that is being made thanks to so many good hearted folks like you all out there who donated to this project!

We had a meeting over dinner first just to meet the entire craw and it was amazing!!! What a special group of people. The dinner was so amazing, we got to talk about so many things! We got to know each other on a much deeper level which i think is super important as we are about to embark on a huge amazing journey together.

We parted our ways with the intention to meet again in the morning at the lab to see the Mani mantra film on the super microscope to make sure it is perfect and correctly done.

We meet in the morning in the lab as we intended and prepared the film to be checked under the microscope. The microscope at the lab was very powerful but the guys wanted to go to a much more sophisticated microscope that is about a mile and a half from the lab so we all got in our cars and went there.

We met up with the other lab guys and their huge microscope. we explained what we wish to see and all was set up.

We sat there for a few minutes till the microscope said it is ready and we started to zoom in on the image.

the Mani mantra appeared on the screen in perfect writing and all were joyful! To see this mantra on this film was so amazing... to think, every inch square of this film has 10 million mantras printed on to it... we all cheered and i said out laud: "if Buddha was here now he would have been clapping his hands for y'all!"

We all laughed.

We parted with the lab and went back to the company's lab to continue our discussion about the new film about to be produced for prayerwheel crafting world over.

We sat in the conference room around the table and talked for an hour and a half or so about the new film. what font to use, what type of print, how to spool it and cut it. It seemed that we were all on the same page and once all things became clear we were done.

i stood up and said: "we must have sat around fires together in many lifetimes and laughed! So glad i found y'all in this lifetime!"

We all laughed.

Now, the new film is being printed and should be cut and ready in a few days, maybe a week. Once it is ready they will take a video of it in the lab to inspect the mantra (so we don't have to fly there again so soon) in the microscope for us to make sure all is correct. Once that has happened, they will ship us some film to craft prayerwheels.

My guess? About a month from now we can start crafting a prayerwheel with the new Vajra Guru mantra in it!

As estimated roughly, an H.E. Garchen Rinpoche prayerwheel size should hold about 440 million Vajra Guru mantras, and the largest hand held classic design prayerwheel could potentially hold 1,430,000,000 mantras! But first, let's see this film being made and that all is correct and that we got it in our hands to craft prayerwheels with it... then i can have real mantra counts for you all.

I know many of you out there are waiting for this new film to be made and for prayerwheels to be made from it. i am here today to tell you that we are close!
